Hei, alle sammen!
You are welcome to my blog. I want to post some tips and lifehacks for concert makeup (not mine).

The first thing you should remember about is that your skin must be well-prepared for makeup. You should cleanse your face before putting makeup on and you can even do a skincare mask to help your skin.

After cleansing and preparing your skin for makeup, wait for a while to give your skin a rest from any harmful actions, like wiping.
Next, think of protecting your skin from pollution. Such things as foundation, corrector and concealer have a very annoying disadvantage: they can get into your pores and this can lead to such problems as acne and rash. Use some moisturising face cream: it will not only protect your skin, it will also "take care" of your skin under everything. The layer of a face cream should be very thin or it will get into your pores too.

Then, don't forget about special primer. This will not only protect your skin. Primers, especially gel ones, provide better coverage and your foundation will cover all your unneeded blemishes or freckles (if you don't like them) much better.

After putting your primer on, you can put on your foundation. Don't forget: it must be the same tone as your skin, so don't be afraid to spend a bit more time in makeup shop while choosing your foundation and concealer.

And here are 3 ways to put it on: with finger, with sponge and with brush. I'm going to tell you all their advantages and disadvantages:
Finger: The main advantage of using finger for foundation is that you exactly feel how much product you put on. What's more, you can do a small massage which can really please your skin.
What's for disadvantages, it provides uneven coverage. You cover your hands with expensive cosmetics and it leads to uneconomical using.

Sponge: The most commonly used makeup tool provides us not only even coverage. The layer of foundation you put on is really thin, so you don't have to worry about your skin.
Although it's very commonly used, the main disadvantage is uneconomical using. Typical sponge absorbs lots of expensive product and after each 10 uses it becomes almost useless as it's becoming covered with foundation and it becomes slightly impossible to put on the same amount of product. What's for silicone sponges, which do not absorb foundations... I don't think it's a good idea to use them. Silicone can be very harmful as it contains lots of chemicals in it.

Brush: A very new way to put on foundation. It provides us not only a good coverage, but also even amount of product on the whole face. It's a very good way to put on foundation as brush can get into such difficult-to-get-in places as the skin under nose wings.
Although it has lots of advantages, it also has one big disadvantage: the layer of cream is really thick and this is really harmful for your pores.

Remember not to put foundation on the skin around eyes. This is the job for concealer.
Concealer must me the same tone as your skin, because in fact, it's foundation for skin around eyes. Here are also 3 ways to put it on, but it depends only on you how to put it on. The pros and cons are the same.

After concealer you can use corrector to hide what foundation couldn't (e. g.: very dark blemishes).
When you finished with making a perfect skin tone, you ned to do contouring. It's needed to make your face look more naturally slim. Remember: the dark colour should be 1.5 tones darker than your skin,
the bright one - 2 tones brighter. After putting on contouring, blend it using brush or sponge. It's up to you what to make visible or invisible, but I'll give you some tips on the right contouring for your face shape on the picture below:

Finish your 1st part of makeup with some shimmer and fixing powder.
The 2nd part of makeup is... yes, decorating yourself. Move from eyebrows to lipstick to prevent unneeded blending.
The first part is eyebrows. Outline them with a thin pencil. It depends on the colour of your brows, so here are no tips.

After outlining, cover your eyebrows with a bit of eyeshadows with the same colour as your brows and brush them with a special brush.

When the brows are ready, move to your eyes. If you use eyelashes, put them on first.

Next, move to eyeshadows. It doesn't matter what type of eye makeup you prefer, because all eyeshadows are put on in the same way:
1 - the palest shadows are put on under the outer corner of your eyebrow.
2 - pale shadows go to the inner corner of your eye.
3 - the main colour is put on on the whole eyelid, except for small space on the outer corner of your eye.
4 - the darkest shadows go to the remaining space of the outer eye corner.

After putting on eyeshadows, you can come to eyeliner. On the picture below you can see tips on how to make a very fashionable winged eyeliner:

Only after putting your eyeliner on, you can use some mascara. Watch for bits. Your lashes need only a bit of it (if you use fake eyelashes, you need mascara only if your natural ones are fair to conform them).

So, the eyes are ready, and you can put your lipstick or lipgloss on. Use the pencil (lipliner) which is 1.5 tones darker than your lipstick to outline your lips and make them plump and beautiful.

As a finishing point, spray some makeup fixer. It's a special spray to make your makeup waterproof, because you can sweat or even cry and your makeup needs to be well-protected because you'll not be able to correct it on the stage.
